Heat pump and geothermal system servicing, fault repair and efficiency checks.
💬 Book on WhatsAppHeat pumps and geothermal systems move heat instead of making it, which makes them some of the most efficient cooling and water-heating equipment a property can run — when they are maintained properly. We service air-source and ground-source heat pump systems in villas and commercial properties, covering controls, refrigerant circuits, pumps and exchangers.
Send us a WhatsApp message with the appliance or system type, the symptoms and your area. We agree a visit window and the visit terms upfront. The technician diagnoses the fault at your property, explains what failed and quotes the full repair — work starts only when you say yes. After the repair we test everything together before payment.

Air-source heat pumps are widely used here for pool heating, water heating and space cooling support, and they perform efficiently in our mild winters. For summer space cooling they usually work alongside conventional AC — we will assess your setup honestly rather than oversell the technology.
We test loop pressure and flow, check pump condition, inspect the heat exchanger, verify refrigerant charge and controls, and review the system's run data where available. You receive a short report on efficiency and any parts that are wearing.
Yes. Note the code (or photograph the controller) and send it on WhatsApp before the visit. Many codes point to sensors, flow problems or pressure switches that we can bring parts for, saving a second trip.
Once a year for residential systems, and twice a year for commercial or pool installations that run daily. Regular checks protect the compressor — the most expensive part in the system — and keep efficiency where it should be.
Instead of generating heat or cold directly, a heat pump moves heat between the inside and outside of the building using a refrigerant circuit and a compressor — which is why it can be so efficient. In cooling mode it carries indoor heat out; in heating mode it reverses and brings heat in, even from cool outdoor air or the ground loop.
Servicing is priced by system size and type — air-source or ground-source — and whether the visit is a routine efficiency service or a fault diagnosis. We confirm the visit price on WhatsApp once we know the system, and any repair found is quoted separately before parts are fitted.
Constant running usually means the system is losing the battle somewhere: a dirty exchanger, low refrigerant, a circulation pump or flow problem, or controls and sensors giving wrong readings. Because the compressor is the most expensive part in the system, constant running is worth a prompt service visit rather than waiting for a failure.
